Are your attars alcohol-free?

Yes. All attars listed under the Attars collection are traditionally oil-based and alcohol-free. Perfumes in the Perfumes collection are alcohol-based eau de parfum concentrations.

How long do the fragrances last?

Attars typically last 8–12 hours on skin and longer on fabric. Our perfumes are formulated for long wear — most customers report 6–10 hours depending on skin type and climate.

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We ship from Hyderabad across India. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your pin code. You will receive tracking details after dispatch.

How should I use bakhoor?

Place a charcoal tablet or electric burner, add a small piece of bakhoor, and allow the smoke to perfume the room. A little goes a long way. Keep away from children and never leave burning bakhoor unattended.

What is your return policy?

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened fragrance bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Damaged-in-transit orders are replaced after photo verification.

Can I gift wrap an order?

Gift sets arrive in our black-and-gold presentation boxes. For other products, mention “gift wrap” in the order notes or on WhatsApp and we will pack accordingly at no extra charge.
